Stranger Things fans, it's time to gather your Dungeons and Dragons crew. The production team has revealed the first look at the much-anticipated fifth and final season of the series. Filming is already halfway done, though the release date remains under wraps.

Matt and Ross Duffer, the show's creators, shared their excitement in a behind-the-scenes video released on July 15. “There’s so much going on. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Stranger Things season five,” they announced.

The video featured clips of the new season's set being built and messages from the cast. Joe Keery and Maya Hawke, dressed as Steve Harrington and Robin Buckley, respectively, declared, “This is day one on Stranger Things season five.”

Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, reflected on her journey with the show, noting, “So, I started when I was 10. I’m now turning 20 years old. It feels very weird.”

Other main cast members, including Sadie Sink, Caleb McLaughlin, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, and Gaten Matarazzo, also shared their thoughts. Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike Wheeler, expressed his excitement about reuniting with the original group, saying, “I’m excited to have scenes with the original four.”

Gaten Matarazzo, who portrays Dustin Henderson, explained why he has remained dedicated to the series. “This is home. You just remember why you’re doing it and how much fun you have,” the 21-year-old actor said.

The cast promised that the upcoming season would be "bigger" than previous ones and deliver exactly what fans desire. The season will continue to feature the beloved characters from past seasons.
