Sophie Turner withdraws her allegations of "wrongful retention" against Joe Jonas

In regards to their two children' custody, Sophie Turner has made the decision to rescind her accusations of "wrongful retention" against her divorced spouse, Joe Jonas.

The case was recently dismissed by a U.S. judge following the signatures of the celebrities on a consent plan that was accepted last week by a U.K. judge.

27-year-old Sophie Turner filed a lawsuit against 34-year-old Jonas in September of last year, claiming that he had improperly kept their girls in the United States and prevented them from going back to England.

Willa (three years old) and Delphine (18 months) are the children of the former spouse.

Turner's legal team demanded that the kids be returned right away, arguing that the youngsters had been wrongfully held since September 20.

Turner and Jonas decided to drop the lawsuit "with prejudice," which means it cannot be brought up again, on Wednesday.

Neither party was forced to pay legal fees or any other expenses in order for this decision to be made. This came after their parenting plan was approved on January 11 in the United Kingdom.

Just one day after Turner filed in September, Jonas had issued a statement refuting her claims prior to this dismissal.
