Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas' California home is back up for sale

When Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner bought a 15,000-square-foot property in California back in 2019, they became the neighbors of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

The couple was incredibly in love. But after just two years, they listed the house for $16.75 million, making it the most expensive Encino real estate sale ever.

The residence was purchased by DJ and producer Zedd in 2021 for an astounding $15.2 million. The highly valued blue chip estate is now back up for sale.

The opulent U-shaped estate is listed for $19 million and has six bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a hot tub, a swimming pool, and other outside lounging places.

And that's not all! As it’s the former house of not one but two musicians, it also features a vocal booth and a recording studio apart from a gym and sauna.

Joe and Sophie moved out of what many considered to be their ideal home and then purchased a $11 million estate in Miami, Florida. But this residence was also listed for sale shortly before Joe last September filed for divorce.

Their union was referred to by the singer as "irretrievably broken." The following day, Sophie and Joe released a joint statement before to the heated custody dispute. They made the following statement in a social media post: "After four amazing years of marriage, we have mutually chosen to dissolve our marriage amicably.
