Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello to fianlly finalise their divorce
Finally, Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara have reached a decision to conclude their divorce.
People magazine published a new file report on Friday that stated the divorce case is being handled as an uncontested proceeding.
November 2015 saw the two get married in Florida, and in July of last year, they made their breakup public.
It is also being reported that Joe Manganiello has asked the court to terminate spousal support for both parties, and that the legal fees, in this case, can be pursued by the next decision, according to the documents.
Both parties have appeared and "entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage... which is being or has been submitted to the court."
In a joint statement with Page Six, Sofia and Joe declared their separation. "We have made the difficult decision to divorce," the statement said.
"As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
Two days following the announcement, Joe announced he had irreconcilable disagreements and filed for divorce.
