Virgin River continues to be a huge success for Netflix. Season 5 of Virgin River is currently in production in British Columbia, Canada.

Virgin River, which debuted on Netflix in December 2019, has quietly been one of the streaming service’s sleeper hits, with fans all over the world enjoying the romantic drama starring Alexandra Breckenridge, Martin Henderson, Colin Lawrence, and Jenny Cooper.

Season 4 of Virgin River will be available on Netflix on July 20, 2022.

Season 5 of Virgin River was set to begin filming in March 2022. That was later pushed back to July 2022, though even those dates were subject to change.

The reason for the delay was unknown, but Alexandra Breckenridge was eager to film in the summer, claiming that filming in Vancouver in the winter isn’t as enjoyable. We can confirm that filming began on July 18th, 2022, in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and will continue until November 10th, 2022.

The fifth season of Virgin River is currently in production, according to the official Instagram account for the show

At the end of the season, Charmaine confesses to Jack and Mel that the two boys aren’t actually his because she is in excruciating pain, afraid of losing her twins, and in pain.

Henderson and Breckenridge acknowledged that they are the twins’ parents in an interview with Glamour Magazine, which suggests that the twins’ father is a current cast member.

It’s a little early to predict when season 5 will be available on Netflix because production has only recently begun. Having said that, extrapolating from past production schedules and release dates, it takes about 6-7 months for the show to finally appear on Netflix.

The likelihood of the show returning in 2023 is high.

Virgin River season 5 could be available on Netflix as early as summer 2023 because production is expected to wrap up in November 2022.
