At its virtual Tudum festival, Netflix unveiled the first trailer for Outer Banks’ forthcoming third season. Welcome to Poguelandia.

The series, which debuted in 2020, served as more of an escape pod for people caught in the grip of a pandemic than it did a treasure hunt story.

The youthful drama went on to gain a passionate fan base in the years that followed.

The opening of the season trailer is set to the song “All My Dreams” by The Heavy Heavy.

The first scene shows us a picture-perfect paradise. At the end of Season 2, The Pogues moved in on a desolate island, and everything seemed to be going swimmingly.

Clear blue skies, fine sand, gentle surf, unmistakably palm trees, and JJ (Rudy Pankow) holding up a sign to identify their location.

The voiceover reaches a point in the middle where the teaser starts to pick up steam. At the rear of a moving van, there are a few fights, including one involving fists.

The fact that the youngsters are all still alive and healthy does not mean that they have started to take fewer risky actions as they search for the lost treasure.

And certainly, there is a courageous act that would have pleased Ezio and the assassins.

The Pogues were in a very grave situation when Season 2 ended, so there was a bit of a cliffhanger.
