Mike Epps has recently joined the cast of the upcoming Sony movie Madame Web, according to Deadline. Epps’ career in stand-up comedy and movies.

He performed in the TV show The Upshaws more recently. It is still unknown what part he will play in Madame Web. 

The first female superhero lead created by Sony Pictures is a woman named Madame Web.

When Web initially debuted in Marvel Comics in 1980, she was typically portrayed as an elderly woman who had myasthenia gravis, a serious autoimmune disease.  

Web must always be tied to a life-support system that resembles a spider web because of her disease. Madame Web can see inside the spider world thanks to her clairvoyant and psychic talents. 

The newest entry in Sony Pictures’ growing collection of movies using Marvel characters, Madame Web largely focuses on characters associated with Spider-Man

Spider-adversaries, Man’s such Venom and Morbius, are featured in numerous Sony’s Marvel movies.  

Madame Web, on the other hand, will adopt a different strategy and focus on one of Spider-numerous Man’s pals within the Spider-verse. 

Sydney Sweeney, who starred in Euphoria and White Lotus, has been added to the cast, along with Isabela Marced, Emma Roberts, Celeste O’Connor, and Tahar Rahim. 

S.J. Clarkson is helming the film Madame Web, which was written by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless.
