Marvel’s Thunderbolts team line-up has been announced. The MCU team-up film is set to be led by Jake Schreier with a screenplay by Black Widow‘s Eric Pearson.

The Thunderbolts have had a wide collection of rotating personalities throughout the comics, which is often led by General Thunderbolt Ross aka Red Hulk.

While the roster is ever-changing, the name still sticks, serving as a quick group for reformed villains and anti-heroes to take on assignments that require their amazing blend of aptitudes.

In a portion of concept art shown to encourage the team, all members appear, looking likewise costumed from previous appearances.

While on stage at D23, the actors in attendance remarked on the forthcoming film, which starts filming in 2023, with Stan saying, These look like a good, agitated bunch and Bucky knows a thing about that.

The Winter Soldier, which went him discovering redemption for his one-time life as an assassin, while The Falcon dragged on to the part of Captain America.

The Thunderbolts have always conveyed a comparable vibe to that of DC’s Suicide Squad, although lovers shouldn’t expect an R-rated take within the MCU of these personalities.

Still, Thunderbolts are suggested to be more apprehensive than the heroic Avengers teams, taking on assignments that are a time out of the realm of the traditional superhero world.

While General Ross isn’t offered (William Hurt), it’s still possible that Red Hulk could occur in some way, either by changing or some other means.

No villain or hazard was revealed, so there’s still more to be displayed, but fans can now get enthusiastic about catching some of their favored characters converge beneath the Thunderbolts
