This past weekend saw the return of Manifest to television as the first 10 episodes of its final and fourth season were made available on Netflix.

Due to the record-breaking streaming success of its first three episodes, Netflix saved the show after NBC cancelled it after three seasons.

The conclusion of Manifest on Netflix made a lot of sense, but the show’s debut weekend statistics weren’t nearly what one may have anticipated.

After only three days on the site, Manifest was the most popular series worldwide according to Netflix’s global streaming statistics released on Tuesday.

Manifest was streamed for a total of 57.1 million hours in its first three days. Even if you eliminate record-breakers like Stranger Things, Bridgerton, and Dahmer, that still puts the series in last place among other 2022 originals on Netflix this week.

More than 125 million hours of The Watcher’s first episode were seen, while 106 million hours of Cobra Kai’s fifth season were watched in September.

Given its past, it seemed reasonable to assume that Manifest would be a huge success when it returned to Netflix, but that doesn’t seem to be the case just yet.
