The second season of Marvel Studios’ Loki is set to begin filming in June, according to a recent announcement.

Except for a few cast members who have been confirmed to return and another who has just been confirmed, there has been little information about the new season.

Eugene Cordero revealed that he will return to the show in an interview with Screen Rant.

As actor Eugene Cordero has announced his return to Loki season 2, the cast continues to increase.

Casey, a receptionist at the Time Variance Authority who helps Loki learn about the insignificance of Infinity Stones at the TVA, was played by Cordero non season 1 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series.

Loki premiered on Disney+ in June of last year, and it was the first Marvel Studio series to be renewed for a second season.

Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, the series follows everyone’s beloved God of Mischief Loki.

Loki finds himself in possession of the tesseract after the “Time Heist” in the film. The Time Variance Authority, an organisation dedicated to timeline preservation, immediately arrests him.

The first season concluded on a cliffhanger with the holy timeline being ruined, resulting in the creation of the multiverse, and Loki becoming stranded in a separate timeline’s TVA.

Cordero played double duty in the first season of Loki, playing two characters.
