Kevin Federline, Britney Spears' ex-husband, recently opened up in an interview on the singer's relationship with their sons and discussed her revealing social media posts, saying that their teenage boys must be finding it difficult to handle.

Soon after Federline's remark, Britney and her husband Sam Asghari both responded to it, and Spears also wrote a lengthy statement on Instagram.

Spears said in an Instagram post that her teenage sons behaved "hatefully" when they visited her home.

She wrote, "There’s being rude then there’s being HATEFUL. They would visit me, walk in the door, go straight to their room and lock the door !!!"

Soon after the same, Kevin seems to have taken to social media to share videos of what he claims to be Britney arguing with their sons.

Federline posted the images on his Instagram account and said,  "I can not sit back and let my sons be accused in this way after what they’ve been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to post these videos."

Sean Preston and Jayden James were aged 11 and 12, according to Kevin, who shared the videos.

Spears appears to be heard telling her sons in the video, "This is my house. If I want to come in here and give you lotion for your face because it’s coarse … y’all better start respecting me, are we clear? "

She continued, "You all need to start treating me like a woman with worth. I am a woman, okay, be nice to me, do you understand?"

Soon after Federline's remark, Britney and her husband Sam Asghari both responded to it, and Spears also wrote a lengthy statement on Instagram.
