Following his snowplow accident in 2023, Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye from Marvel Studios) makes a comeback in the thriller series. Filming for the series had to be postponed due to his injuries, and it didn't begin until early this year. On June 2, the new season debuts.
In the teaser, Renner's Mike McLusky uses narration to highlight the kinds of characters that viewers are accustomed to seeing on the show: According to him, there are 5% of genuinely nice people in the world and 5% of bad individuals, with the remaining folks existing in the middle and finding it difficult to cope.
Naturally, this includes McLusky, and the teaser implies that this season will witness the fallout from Ben Morrissey's (Blake Shields) passing and what it means for all those connected to the informant's execution.
Her character Mariam's fate in the first season of the show is still unknown, but given what happened in the Season 2 finale, it's possible that the mother doesn't survive. The implications are everywhere, as the teaser makes it clear that death will be a major theme in the upcoming episodes.
