Gisele Bündchen has made some striking adjustments to one of her celestial tattoos as the sun appears to be setting on her marriage to Tom Brady.

The Brazilian beauty was photographed visiting a building in Miami on Thursday while sporting cuffed jeans and a pair of flip-flops that displayed her newly inked right ankle.

Bündchen appears to have changed the design, which formerly showed a crescent moon surrounded by three stars, into a tree with several branches wrapping upward around the stars.

Although Brady, 45, and the 42-year-old catwalker met on a blind date in 2006 and got married in 2009, the original tattoo predates their relationship, it's likely that the change is still important.

After all, Bündchen's other well-known tattoo—a tiny shooting star on her left wrist—was inscribed in memory of her late grandmother, who was also a member of her family.

“She died when I was young. When I first moved to New York, there were no stars in the sky, so to remind me of her I drew one on my wrist and kept it there for a month, and then had someone draw it in, which is why it’s a little crooked,” the model told the New York Daily News years ago.

“It’s held up pretty well … It helps me to remember her.”

Brady may not be as fondly held in Bündchen's memory, and she has already shown this by giving up an important memento of their marriage.

Earlier this week, just hours after Page Six reported that she and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback had contacted divorce attorneys, the former Victoria's Secret Angel was pictured sans her wedding band.
