Anil Kapoor  revealed in the final episode of Koffee With Karan season 7 that he wasn’t sure about Jackie Shroff’s success after getting the  film under Subhash Ghai’s banner.  

When the actor talked about Jackie, Karan  asked Anil to share his views on nepotism. 

Now Jackie has responded to Anil’s statement. When a man  says something like that, he said he gives Jackie too much respect.  

In Koffee With Karan season 7 episode 11, Karan  asked Anil Kapoor and fellow guests of the show Varun Dhawan about nepotism. 

Anil  said, “I don’t take it seriously… When I started my career, of course it was  Sunny (Deol). Back then we had Sanju (Sanjay Dutt).”・ 

When I interrupted him to add  Shroff’s name. So he  became something of an A-lister himself with that one announcement.  

I was playing small roles in South Indian films. I wasn’t feeling well…’ Karan Anir further asked, ‘Were you worried about Jackie’s success at  the time?’ The actor replied, ‘Yes.  

Now, regarding Anil’s statement regarding Koffee With Karan, Jackie told Times Now: his heart cares about me His words are such a beautiful expression of emotion that many people don’t say that.  

His heart is completely pure and he speaks what he feels. It gives me a lot of credit and he respects me a lot when someone of his ability says so.”
