Jenna Ortega recently revealed some details regarding the "viral" dance in an interview with NME. Well, it appears that she was quite ill as the sequence was being filmed.

She said, ““I woke up and — it’s weird, I never get sick and when I do it’s not very bad — I had the body aches,”

Ortega said. “I felt like I’d been hit by a car and that a little goblin had been let loose in my throat and was scratching the walls of my esophagus.”

She further added that she was given medicines between takes and was also waiting for ‘Covid-19’ positive result.

Netizens immediately began criticising the actress and the series' creators as soon as the news hit the media.
