Evil To End With Season 4 On Paramount+

Evil on Paramount+ will conclude after season 4. The story follows forensic psychologist Dr. Kristen Bouchard (Katja Herbers) as she collaborates with Catholic assessor David Acosta (Mike Colter) and contractor Ben Shakir (Aasif Mandvi) to look into cases that might have a supernatural element.

It premiered on CBS in September 2019 and then moved to the Paramount+ streaming series in its second installment.

The otherworldly drama has spawned a mythology of its own, with cliffhangers and unresolved issues abounding.

However, Variety also reveals that Evil season 4 will be the final one when it returns in May.

A teaser trailer for the future episodes is given above along with the news.

Robert and Michelle King, the showrunners and executive producers, responded to the announcement with a statement in which they expressed gratitude to Paramount+ for providing four additional episodes to wrap out the narrative.

“We want to thank Paramount+ for giving us four bonus episodes to end ‘Evil’ in the world in style. We will miss this show and cast. In many ways it was a dream project, but sadly evil will outlast ‘Evil’. See you in May.”

The conflict between Michael Emerson's evil Leland and Kristen will need to be resolved in the now-confirmed final episodes.

In the wild Evil season 3 finale, Kristen finds out that someone has taken her missing egg from the RSM fertility clinic and put it into a surrogate in an attempt to create the antichrist.
