Emily Ratajkowski retains an active social media presence and frequently updates her followers on her locations.

Following an infidelity scandal, Emily Ratajkowski filed for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard earlier this year. 

The actor from Welcome Home recently shared her experience using therapy to help her heal.

Emily Ratajkowski recently discussed her therapy experience and how it assisted her in overcoming her "fear of abandonment," according to Page Six.

She said on the High Low podcast, “I’ve been in therapy for quite a long time.” 

She went on to say that she initially underwent testing for a "anxious preoccupied" bond but subsequently realised she had switched to a "more secure" type.

She added, “It means you really don’t want to be alone. You typically have negative self-image [and a] positive views of others. They often seek approval, support, responsiveness from their partner. You’re always turning to your parent for more reassurance.”  

She expressed that being in therapy has taught her to be independent. “For me, it was really in therapy where I learned to be independent and get to the root of my fear of abandonment,” said the model. 

In addition to modelling, Emily Ratajkowski also found success in acting when she was younger. The actress has been in a number of films and television programmes.

She gained further notoriety and renown after appearing in the Blurred Lines music video by Robin Thicke in 2013 and the Love Somebody music video by Maroon 5 in 2012.
