The Game of Thrones franchise does not appear to be coming to an end anytime soon for HBO.

It was disclosed last week that in addition to their impending House of the Dragon prequel book, a Jon Snow sequel series is also being developed.

The creation of the Jon Snow spin-off, which is being led by Kit Harington, was just revealed by Emilia Clarke.

Fans of Game of Thrones were delighted to learn last week that Kit Harington would be returning as Jon Snow in a brand-new spin-off series based on his persona.

Author George RR Martin recently reaffirmed this, and co-star Emilia Clarke also spoke candidly about the forthcoming show while discussing it with the BBC.

In the last seasons of Game of Thrones, Emilia, who portrayed Daenerys Targaryen, was revealed to be Snow’s love interest.

However, Snow ultimately killed Daenerys’ character in the conclusion.

Although many people questioned if Clarke’s return to the Game of Thrones universe would be included when the spin-off programme was first announced.

Speaking on its progression, she remarked that in the Game of Thrones climax, Jon Snow rode into the north with Ghost, his dire wolf, and the wildlings to live out the rest of his days after killing Daenerys.

Although the timeframe of the series is yet unknown, fans are already excited about how they will binge watch the upcoming prequel House of the Dragon.
