Dwayne Johnson wants the XFL to be the next major football league in the United States.

We've seen him alter the league's structure in try to differentiate it from the NFL and make it more popular with fans.

Sue Bird, co-founder of TOGETHXR, claimed the XFL had a logo that looked similar to theirs when the league unveiled its official emblem.

She did the same on Twitter, tagging XFL and The Rock in the process. "Well, doesn't this look familiar @XFL2023 @togethxr @TheRock," Bird said.

However, there appears to be a stumbling stone in Johnson's path to pushing the XFL to the next level.

The football league XFL has been sued by TOGETHXR over the 'X' logo, which was introduced on April 6, 2022.

Dwayne Johnson has not been sued personally and has remained silent about the case. "X represents the INTERSECTION OF DREAMS & OPPORTUNITY," he said while unveiling the logo.

In August 2020, Dwayne Johnson bought the WWE from his former employer Vince McMahon. He and longtime business partner Dany Garcia bought the XFL for $15 million. In February 2023, the league will return.
