Legendary characters Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) fly in a helicopter, looking less than calm, as Ramsay Cole (Mamoudou Athie), a newcomer to the franchise, gives them the lowdown on the current prehistoric events.

Ramsay noticeably shocks Sattler and Grant when he drops the word "T-Rex" when listing the names of some of the species confined in a guarded, government-run facility.

Things got a little hairy the last time the two faced up against the top dog of the dinosaur kingdom.

When they spy a Dreadnoughtus, a massive long-necked dinosaur, as they fly through the regulated airspace — after all, somebody has to keep the winged animals safe — their jaws drop.

The reappearance of the returning characters' childlike awe and wonderment is enough to bring back our own childlike awe and wonderment from the original film, which was released three decades ago.

urassic World Dominion will start up after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and is being billed as the final installment of the long-running action franchise.

The movie will have a lot of high-tension, tension-filled scenes when they team up with fellow old timer, Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), to help the rookies corral some dinosaurs.

After the dinosaur safe haven of Isla Nublar collapsed, the world as we know it is in jeopardy.

Humans are now compelled to coexist with previously extinct creatures, which presents a number of issues for humanity.

With Dominion's debut getting closer, this film is a great opportunity to dip your toe into the water.
