Apple TV+ Show Foundation Season 3 Filming Start Delayed

On the route to its premiere, Foundation season 3 experiences yet another hurdle. David S. Goyer and Josh Friedman are the showrunners of the science fiction series, which is based on the critically acclaimed novels by Isaac Asimov.

The narrative tracks a group of exiles as they embark on a perilous quest to preserve mankind and restore civilization in the midst of the Galactic Empire's collapse.

Since the streamer has created a space for the genre in all of its manifestations, it has grown to become one of the most prominent sci-fi series on Apple TV+.

Season 3 of Foundation has been postponed, as confirmed by Deadline. Filming in Prague and Poland was reportedly delayed due to problems with funding and physical production.

The crew and cast were instructed to head back home while budgetary cuts and production-related difficulties were resolved.

This is the second delay in the adaption that has occurred recently; the first one was caused by strikes. Sources claim that around one-third of the season has been filmed.
