4,700 COVID-19 cases being linked to UK music festival, officials say 'no regrets'

Around 4,700 COVID-19 cases in the UK are being linked to the Boardmasters music and surfing festival that was held in England's Cornwall between August 11 and 15.

However, local officials say they have "no regrets" letting the festival proceed due to the mental health benefits it brought.

They added that the cases won't translate into a serious life-threatening illness.
