ENGAGING PLOT Of ‘THE EMPRESS’-
The show is truly focused on royals in Germany with a twist of a love story that confuses things even outlying. In the show, we spot German actress Devrim Lingnau and Philip Froissant and the tale of Elisabeth, who is a Bavarian duchess. In further episodes, Sisi falls in love with the Emperor of Austria, Franz Joseph – who is going to be the husband of her sister Elisabeth. Their love affair brings huge turmoil in the Viennese court. Things don’t get easy for Sisi even after the wedding she had to find a way to her tackle her brother-in-law, Maxi, and mother-in-law Sophie as both want power for themselves.
