The fantasy-drama Carnival Row’s highly anticipated Season 2 has received its official trailer and key art, and it will also be the show’s last season, bringing the story of the developing conflicts between fae-folk and humans to a close. The forthcoming season finale will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 nations and territories on February 17, 2023.

The latest trailer sets up the climactic clash between humans and the legendary fae monsters. Orlando Bloom is back in Carnival Row‘s second season as former inspector Rycroft Philostrate, one of the show’s main characters, as he looks into fae-folk killings that have heightened social tension between them and humans. Cara Delevingne, who plays Vignette Stonemoss with Bloom, plots retaliation for the unfair injustice The Burgue’s human masters caused. Each character, like our two main characters, has a goal and a strategy for how they want the Row to develop in the future. According to the formal description, “With humans and fae-folk divided and freedom on the line, each hero will face impossible dilemmas and soul-defining tests in the epic conclusion of Carnival Row.”

At the end of August 2019, Carnival Row made its Prime Video debut. It had already been renewed for a second season prior to its debut in July 2019. The series is based on Travis Beacham’s work, A Killing on Carnival Row (Pacific Rim, Clash of the Titans). While Season 1 only had 8 episodes, Season 2 will have 10 episodes, bringing the series to an exciting climax.

Erik Oleson (Marvel’s Daredevil, The Man in the High Castle), alongside series stars Bloom and Delevingne, Beacham, Brad Van Arragon (Yellowjackets), Sarah Byrd (The Alienist, Strange Angel), Jim Dunn (Marvel’s Daredevil, Haven), Sam Ernst (Marvel’s Daredevil, Haven), and Wesley Strick, serves as the series showrunner (The Man in the High Castle). The Carnival Row cast also features Tamzin Merchant, Caroline Ford, Karla Crome, Andrew Gower, and David Gyasi in addition to Bloom and Delevingne. Legendary Television and Amazon Studios jointly produced Carnival Row.
