Story

Jason Statham’s character, Levon Cade, has eschewed his controversial past in counterterrorism for a more sedate life. Currently employed as a construction worker and a devoted father, Levon is committed to giving his young daughter a secure upbringing. But Levon’s tranquil life is upended when Jenny, his boss’s teenage daughter, disappears. Drawn reluctantly back into the perilous world he abandoned, Levon is forced to employ his extraordinary abilities to make his way through a maze of violence and deceit. His investigation reveals a massive criminal conspiracy that puts not only Jenny’s life in jeopardy but also his own recently acquired stability. Levon has to face his past and battle against forces that threaten to destroy everything he values in order to save her and keep his family safe.

Plot Summary

Levon Cade, who was once a well-known figure in counterterrorism, is now a builder who puts his daughter’s upbringing above his risky past. His new normal is upended when Jenny, his boss’s teenage daughter, disappears without explanation. Re-entering the perilous realm of black ops, Levon discovers that Jenny’s disappearance is linked to a larger criminal organization. His investigation reveals many tiers of betrayal and corruption, putting his fortitude and resolve to the test. Levon worries that he might lose the quiet life he has worked so hard to establish as the clock is running out and the stakes are rising. He must use his unique knowledge to uncover the plot and save Jenny.
