Story

The lives of a committed group of deep-sea divers become a war for survival when a routine underwater inspection goes horribly wrong. In the first scene of the movie, the crew of the cutting-edge underwater research vessel Deep Quest sets out on what should be a simple maintenance procedure. The crew consists of a group of accomplished professionals led by Captain Stuart Anderson (Finn Cole), the aspirational and meticulous Riz Khan (Simu Liu), and the stoic and seasoned Chris Lemons (Woody Harrelson).

As the mission goes on, a catastrophic piece of equipment breaks down, leaving the team stranded at the ocean floor in a disabled submersible with rapidly running out of oxygen. Plot Summary
