Pop icon Britney Spears has opened up about the condition of her foot following her tumultuous encounter with on-off beau Paul Soliz.
Via an Instagram update, the “Toxic” hitmaker informed her followers about her “broken foot”.
In her photo series, Britney can be seen sporting a vibrant yellow bikini.
With ample skin exposure, Spears’ cleavage and long legs were highlighted.
Posing on a beige carpet, the songstress lifted one leg, while pressing the other down, adorned in sandals.
“Navigating on a broken foot…if I hurry, it numbs!” she captioned. “I’ve undergone surgeries on my left leg, for my knee twice and my foot once.”
“They said it might heal by itself, but there’s a high chance it could break again,” Spears noted.
Opting against surgery this time, she stated, “Hence, I am experimenting to see if my body can heal itself.”
Britney also shared a brief clip flaunting a red polka-dot frock with a daring neckline.
Running her fingers through her flowing hair, she touched her chest and appeared in high spirits despite the significant injury.
WAS THERE A CONFRONTATION?
In early May, Britney required medical care for her injury after an incident at the Chateau Marmont Hotel with Paul, as reported by TMZ.
There reports of a woman resembling Britney caused a disturbance at the hotel where she allegedly intimidated staff and guests.
Key Moments in Britney Spears’ Conservatorship
In September 2021, Britney’s legal battle resumed in a Los Angeles courtroom where Judge Brenda Penny made significant rulings after her father proposed to end the conservatorship the month before.
She ordered Jamie Spears to be removed as the conservator, while clarifying it wasn’t the terminus of the arrangement itself.
Judge Penny, after examination of the case, concluded: “The current scenario is untenable. This toxic setting Jamie Spears has cultivated must be dissolved today.”
Following the verdict, Jamie was temporarily replaced as conservator.
In early November 2021, Jamie returned to court, filing papers acknowledging his willingness to cease battle.
Though Jamie previously demanded $2 million to relinquish his role, the current filings revealed he sought no additional remuneration.
On November 12, Judge Penny conciliated with the songstress, relieving Jamie as conservator without any necessity for Britney’s mental assessment.
Police initial visit to the hotel was at approximately 10:30 pm, but found no evidence of wrongdoing.
Likely by 11 pm, Spears and Soliz were purportedly embroiled in an altercation in their room, with suggestions she injured her leg during this conflict.
‘A GRIFTER’
Concurrent to the incident, a source told The U.S. Sun they were concerned about Britney’s reunion with Paul.
The source expressed fears of vulnerability without her family’s guard, stating, “But yes, none of us favor Paul. His intentions worry us.”
“Paul seemingly emerged from oblivion, and trust in his intentions is scarce,” they added.
Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, was lauded for his diligence in her latest legal hurdle, having played a key role in terminating her 13-year conservatorship in 2022 as the pop star’s relations with her family, including Jamie Lynn Spears, deteriorated.
