Gucci to accept Cryptocurrencies in US stores

Gucci will soon accept its payment through cryptocurrencies in its US stores.

Customers will now be able to pay through cryptocurrencies, Litecoin, Bitcoin and Ethereum.
According to the report, the service will be launched later this month at some of its flagship locations, including Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles and Wooster Street in New York.

Gucci, which is owned by France’s Kering, has joined a growing number of businesses that have begun to accept virtual currencies.
The company also stated that it will accept payments in Shiba Inu and Dogecoin, a so-called “meme” cryptocurrency that was created as a joke.

While Gucci is among the latest big name to announce that it will take cryptocurrency as payment.
