Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello Amicably Settle Divorce After Six Months
After announcing their separation six months ago, Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello have settled their divorce amicably, as reported by TMZ. The settlement, in accordance with their prenuptial agreement, allowed each party to retain their individual assets accumulated during their seven-year marriage.

Court documents obtained by TMZ revealed that neither party sought spousal support, and child support was not applicable as they did not have children together, a decision attributed to their differing desires regarding starting a family.
In a recent interview with El País, Vergara, 51, acknowledged that their marriage ended due to divergent views on parenthood, with her preference not to become a mother again being a significant factor.
While Vergara hasn’t ruled out finding love again, she humorously stated her preference for a partner not to be younger than 50, although she jokingly mentioned she might consider dating a 49-year-old.
Both Vergara and Manganiello, 37, seem to have moved on from their split. Vergara has been spending time with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman, while Manganiello has been publicly seen with television reporter Caitlin O’Connor.
The couple, who married in 2015, officially separated in July 2023, ending their seven-year marriage. They made their red carpet debut with their respective new partners in December 2023.
Before her marriage to Manganiello, Vergara was previously married to Joe Gonzalez, with whom she shares her 31-year-old son, Manolo. She was also engaged to businessman Nick Loeb until early 2014.
