Celebrate summer with Red Lobster’s refreshed Crabfest lineup, returning from June 23 to September 14. This year’s event packs a punch with ten new seafood dishes—two big-ticket boils, crab-laden mains and sides—and three vibrant cocktails. Let’s dive in!
For the first time ever, Red Lobster adds shareable seafood boils to Crabfest:
- Mariner’s Boil: A heavyweight blend of Maine lobster tail, a dozen shrimp, snow crab legs, plus corn and red potatoes.
- Sailor’s Boil: A Southern-style mix featuring shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, and red potatoes.
Both come “shake-and-serve” style in a hot bag, with your choice of Roasted Garlic Butter, Cajun Butter, or Old Bay flavorings.
Beyond the boils, the menu showcases five fresh crab-forward offerings:
- Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms – Creamy, savory bites perfect for starters.
- Crab-Topped Asparagus and Crab-Topped Baked Potato – Rich sides elevated with crab-meat cream sauce.
- Steak Oscar and Salmon Oscar – Sirloin or Atlantic salmon crowned with lump crab and indulgent cream sauce.
Crab enthusiasts can still enjoy the signature “Crab Your Way”: a full pound of crab legs served over potatoes with customizable seasonings, including a new Old Bay & Parmesan option.
To wash it all down, Crustacean-inspired cocktails arrive with flair:
- Starry Eyed Surprise – A blue-hued mix of Patron Silver, guava, blue curaçao and lemon-lime soda with a sugar rim.
- Purple Haze – A vibrant magenta blend of Dre & Snoop’s STILL G.I.N., desert pear, lemonade and edible shimmer.
- Passion Star Spritz – Tito’s vodka with passionfruit, sparkling wine, garnished with starfruit dust.
