Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end, won’t have his tiniest fans in attendance at the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas. According to his sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, her and Jason Kelce’s daughters, Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett, won’t be making the trip to watch Travis take on the San Francisco 49ers on February 11.
In an interview with People published on February 8, Kylie explained that they tend to avoid big events like the Super Bowl “as long as Dad’s not playing.” She cited concerns about the overwhelming environment of stadiums, especially for young children, and the potential stress of traveling cross-country.
While the Kelce children won’t be present in the stadium, Kylie assured fans that she and Jason will be cheering Travis on from home alongside their parents, Ed and Donna Kelce. Despite not being physically present, the family will show their support for Travis as he competes on football’s biggest stage.
Although Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett won’t be attending the game, they’re likely to catch glimpses of their uncle on TV. Jason, despite his Philadelphia Eagles being eliminated from the playoffs, has been a vocal supporter of Travis and the Chiefs. During the NFL playoffs in Buffalo, Jason and Kylie joined Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift in showing their support, with Jason even joining the Bills Mafia in the stands, braving the cold temperatures shirtless. Their daughter Elliotte had a humorous response to the sight, commenting on her dad’s exposed chest.
While the Super Bowl won’t be a full Kelce family outing, fans have enjoyed glimpses into Jason, Kylie, and their daughters’ family life. The Kelces continue to support Travis in his football journey, both on and off the field, showcasing their tight-knit bond as a family.
