The major aspect of his volunteering career was Medical Volunteering on FIFA Confederation Cup 2017 and FIFA World Cup 2018 where he got chance to serve the international audience of FIFA. Sandesh claims that he can fluently speak and write on 5 International languages such as, English, Hindi/Urdu, Nepali, Russian and Korean. He says, “The knowledge of multiple international languages doesn’t only help you to interact with foreigners but also to build your self confidence, which is very important on volunteering as we have to face people with different mentality, age, gender and nationality.” Further when asked about the source of motivation which attracted him towards the volunteering, he says “As we all know there was a big earthquake on 2015 in Nepal, which took thousands of life, at that time I was here in Russia and it was my first year where I was not with my family. During the earthquake, the electricity and communication services were damaged in Nepal, because of which I couldn’t contact my family for about a week. We used to hear about the death of people everyday on media only. This touched me a lot and I made my mind to help people whenever I get the opportunity. Then, I collected funds with the students here in St. Petersburg and sent it to Nepal. This really gave me an inner pleasure and I started volunteering whenever I used to get free time.” Not only this, he was the part of organization and Lector of program “ Nepal-fest : Nepalese Culture Charity Festival” (2016) which was aimed to collect fund for the restoration of school in Nepal which was damaged during the earthquake.

I am also planing to complete my further studies side by side. Let’s see, how everything goes.”
