The latest movie from the South Park franchise is set to release in November solely on Paramount+. This will be the main new South Park content since South ParQ Vaccination Special in March earlier this year. That drawn out length special scene along with September 2020’s The Pandemic Special was the most noteworthy rated South Park program in several years. South Park is presently cable television’s longest-running prearranged series and celebrates its 25th anniversary in August 2022.
Paramount+ has announced that the new South Park special, South Park: Post Covid, will release only on Paramount+ on Thursday, November 25th. Outside of the US, it will also be available for survey in the Nordics, Latin America, Australia, and Canada. There aren’t any details on the plot of the movie right now, yet fans can anticipate the exceptionally awaited presentation of Kyle, Stan, Kenny and Cartman on Paramount+. Paramount+ also announced a second selective special that will air in the not so distant future after South Park: Post Covid. The as of now untitled new special will be released on Paramount+ in December. The two specials will probably deal with the South Park young men dealing with life in their fictional Colorado town in a world post-pandemic. According to Parker and Stone, these new specials should be between the past couple of specials and a feature-length movie long. The aim is to have two of the 14 movies released each year until 2027.
The satire of South Park is a brilliant vehicle to investigate the craziness of the past two years. Their past pandemic-related specials dealt including police brutality to the US Covid response to QAnon and vaccines. The newest Paramount+ specials may see Cartman and co. address vaccine mandates and those went against to them or any number of occasions since March they have to draw from. What is certain is that Parker and Stone won’t go easy as they have demonstrated again and again.
