Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are set to welcome a new addition to their family! The Transformers star, 38, announced her pregnancy with her rocker fiancé, 34, on Instagram on November 11, sharing photos of herself cradling her baby bump while covered in black liquid. In another heartfelt image, Fox is seen holding a positive pregnancy test. She captioned the post with lyrics from Kelly's song "Last November," a track that references the couple’s previous pregnancy loss, writing, "Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️."
This will be the fourth child for Fox, who shares three sons—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8—with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, is dad to 15-year-old daughter Casie. The couple first met in March 2020 on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass and confirmed their relationship shortly after, with Fox appearing in Kelly's "Bloody Valentine" music video.
Their relationship has been marked by both passion and challenges. They got engaged in January 2022 under a banyan tree, a meaningful place for them, with Fox reflecting on the highs and lows they had already faced. “Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him,” she shared in her engagement announcement, adding that they drank each other’s blood to symbolize their connection.
In 2023, Fox published Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, a collection of poems in which she opens up about experiencing a miscarriage with Kelly, describing it as a deeply emotional journey. She spoke about this loss in an interview with Good Morning America, revealing it was an incredibly painful experience that challenged both of them. In her poems, she shared moments of sorrow, reflecting on the ultrasound of their lost daughter and expressing her longing and grief through lines like, "I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh," and “Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?”
