Based on the well-liked Korean webtoon of the same name, Mask Girl is an upcoming South Korean thriller TV series that will be available exclusively on Netflix. It is directed by Kim Yong Hoon.

What is the story of Mask Girl about?

Kim Mo Mi is a regular office worker who has a severe sense of inferiority in her appearance and is involved in a number of incidents while working as an internet broadcasting jockey with her face hidden behind a mask.
Kim Mo Mi’s coworker is Joo Oh Nam. He has an unrequited crush on Kim Mo Mi. Joo Oh Nam’s only source of joy as a character who also feels inferior about his appearance and lacks presence in general is watching internet broadcasts. He will become embroiled in an unexpected incident with Kim Mo Mi.
Who are the Mask Girl cast members?
Kim Mo Mi will be played by actress Go Hyun Jung. This will be Hyun Jung’s second Original, having previously appeared in the 2021 k-drama Reflection of You. Nana, a former member of the K-Pop group After School, makes her Netflix Original debut.
Ahn Jae Hong has already appeared as a guest star in a Netflix Original, Kingdom, in the second season as a royal official. It will be his first lead role for Netflix as Joo Oh Nam.
Yeom Hye Ran has already appeared in some of Netflix’s most popular k-dramas. She has recently appeared as a guest on Alchemy of Souls, Juvenile Justice, and Hospital Playlist. She has also appeared in Mystic Pop-Up Bar, When the Camellia Blooms, and Chocolate as a supporting actress. She’s also one of the main characters in The Uncanny Counter.
Choi Daniel is best known for his work on the k-drama The Ghost Detective, but he also appeared in the Netflix k-drama It’s Okay to Not Be Okay.

When is the Mask Girl season 1 Netflix release date?
Mask Girl will not be available on Netflix until 2023. The exact release date has not been announced, but we expect the k-drama to arrive in the spring of 2023.
