BTS and BLACKPINK have consistently displayed their affection for Harry Styles and have been present at his concerts in both Los Angeles and Seoul.
Harry Styles began his successful Love On Tour concert series in Asia on March 11 at Bangkok’s Rajamangala Stadium. He will continue to perform in the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan to promote his latest album, ‘Harry’s House’.
BTS at the Harry Styles concert
Today, Harry Styles is performing in South Korea and, as expected, BTS members are in attendance once again. Fans have shared clips of RM, SUGA, V, and Jungkook dancing to Styles’ music at the concert. This is not the first time BTS members have shown their admiration for the former One Direction member and English musician. V, Jungkook, Jimin, and J-Hope were also spotted at the Harry Styles Tour in Los Angeles in 2021 when they were in the US for their own concert during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jungkook even shared a popular cover of Styles’ song ‘Falling’ on social media last year, which was well-received by the BTS ARMY.
BLACKPINK were seen supporting their ‘bestie’
Jennie and Rosé from BLACKPINK were seen at Harry Styles’ concert, and it has been disclosed that when Harry Styles landed in South Korea on March 18, 2023, BLACKPINK made him feel comfortable. Although they could not meet him in person, it was later revealed that BLACKPINK had suggested a restaurant to him and even paid for his meal. A fan shared how the waiter recommended that Harry mix his rice with sauce and sesame oil and serve it with egg rolls. Harry Styles also signed autographs and took photos with the restaurant staff.
Jimin from BTS did not attend the concert, presumably because he has a busy schedule leading up to his upcoming solo debut on March 24. Fans also noticed that J-Hope from BTS was not present, and many speculate that he might be occupied with preparing for his mandatory military service. Similarly, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo was also absent, as she is getting ready for her own solo debut which is set to be released on March 31.
