Kelley Wolf Hospitalized After Police Respond to ‘Concerning Comments’ at Utah Resort

On June 13, Utah County deputies were called to Sundance Resort following reports of an adult woman making “concerning comments” to family members. Witnesses included celebrities Kelley Wolf, 48—author and wellness coach—and her three children. Authorities reported that during the encounter, those comments persisted, prompting a wellness check, not arrest or criminal charges.

Kelley recorded the exchange via Instagram Live. At one point she is heard saying,

“This is shameful, gentlemen,”
and later claims she’s being taken against her will. Throughout the footage, she attempts to resist while deputies assure her,
“You’re not going to jail… we’re going to get you some help.”

Deputies handcuffed Kelley—as per protocol—to ensure safety for everyone involved during transport. She was taken to a local hospital and evaluated by medical professionals. No criminal charges were filed.

After the incident, she posted on Instagram Stories from the hospital, sharing a photo of personal items and writing:

“I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids… I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been… I am compliant, calm and respectful… be kind to each other.”

The wellness check occurred just days after she and Scott Wolf, 57 (Party of Five), announced their separation following 21 years of marriage. In a joint statement, they emphasized their shared priority in co-parenting their children—Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11)—and requested privacy during this time.

Family friend and TV host Billy Bush issued a statement saying he had spoken with Kelley and noted she’s “getting the help she needs.” He praised both her and Scott and added they have strong family support systems in place
