Odd things start to happen as they get used to their new town. The disconnected black phone starts ringing Finney again, this time with cryptic warnings about an unknown threat. It does not take long to realize that The Grabber’s terrifying legacy will continue. The calls hint at a more sinister force at play, one that is tied to The Grabber’s past victims.

Gwen, who has been practicing her psychic skills, joins forces with Finney to investigate the mystery surrounding the black phone and the evil entity that appears to be controlling it. Robin shows up to join them; at first thought to be dead, she turns out to be alive and holds vital information regarding The Grabber’s true identity. As they investigate the mystery together, they come across a network of hidden information that points them in the direction of Donna, a former kidnap victim who has ties to The Grabber.

As the group unravels the sinister plot, they must confront their deepest fears and the dark entity that has been awakened. The black phone becomes a tool not just for communication with the dead, but for battling the evil that threatens their lives and the lives of others.
