Story
“Moonrocks” chronicles the hilarious and intense journey of Griffin, a charming young stoner and hobbyist botanist who stumbles into a remarkable circumstance. Griffin and his pals are celebrating his graduation when they run into a string of unanticipated circumstances that permanently alter their lives. Griffin and his friend Will go out to replenish their party supplies after losing a bet, only to find themselves in the middle of an unearthly crisis.
An alien ship, piloted by the villainous Gordanir, crashes near their neighborhood, leaving behind a wreckage that stirs a deadly alien menace. This alien threat, hungry for a unique substance found in human brains, poses a grave danger to Earth. As Will investigates the crash site, he is taken aboard the alien vessel, leaving Griffin and his friends to fend for themselves.
The situation becomes even more bizarre when Griffin’s group makes an unlikely alliance with a heroic alien named Tabub, who has been chasing Gordanir across the galaxy. Together, they must band together to defend Earth from the savage alien creatures and stop Gordanir’s sinister plans. Through a blend of action, comedy, and sci-fi chaos, “Moonrocks” delivers a thrilling and humorous ride as these unlikely heroes save the day.
Plot Summary
An intergalactic chase in Moonrocks results in an unexpected alliance on Earth. The goal of Tabub, an experienced police officer from the far-off planet Makara 3, is to apprehend Gordanir, the infamous drug lord. Both Tabub and Gordanir are sent spiraling through a wormhole and landing in the center of Earth following a tragic loss and a frenzied chase.
Griffin, a charming stoner who also wants to be a botanist, is celebrating his graduation with friends in the meantime. A party supply run gone wrong leads Griffin and his friend Will to Gordanir’s downed ship. Will follows his curiosity into the wreckage, leaving Griffin on his own while odd things start to happen. From the wreckage emerges an alien menace, hungry for the special drug-like substance found in human brains. Griffin and his companions must band together to defend Earth from the barbaric invaders as they confront this alien menace.
