Story

Plot Summary
A dhampir with a grudge against vampires named Eric Brooks (Mahershala Ali) emerges from the shadows to face an unprecedented threat in the center of a post-apocalyptic city that has gone dark. He uncovers a dark plot while hunting the undead that connects his background to a secret vampire dynasty that poses a threat to world dominance. Along with an enigmatic ally named Aaron Pierre and an experienced vampire hunter named Delroy Lindo, Blade fights against an ancient evil that wants to change the way the world works as well as his own inner demons. Blade has to confront his own troubled past in order to save humanity from certain doom.
