Story
The survivors face their greatest challenge to date in a world where the stragglers of humanity are on the verge of total collapse. The survivors must make their way through a maze of peril, treachery, and hopelessness as the virus changes and the infected grow more dangerous. Before it is too late, they need to face their deepest anxieties and discover the truth about the new threat because their community’s future is in jeopardy.
Plot Summary
The terrifying journey that was started in 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later is continued in 28 Years Later. A dystopian world where society has attempted and failed to rebuild amid chaos is explored in this film, which is set 28 years after the Rage virus outbreak. The virus, initially believed to have been contained, has resurged in a more potent form, threatening the fragile human settlements that have emerged from the ruins.
The narrative centers on a fresh cohort of survivors who have founded an independent community on the outskirts of a desolate London. As they attempt to adjust to their new lives, they learn that the Rage virus has changed, giving rise to an increasingly dangerous and intelligent strain of infected. The survivors must deal with their own inner conflicts and betrayals in addition to the infected when a catastrophic breach threatens their safety.
