However, despite being a fan of the show, Hamilton has revealed that she won’t be watching the season once it airs. In an interview with Us Weekly!, Hamilton explained that being cast in the final season has “ruined” the experience of watching the show for her.
Hamilton expressed that when she becomes a part of a project, she can no longer see herself as an audience member would. “When you buy into something, you don’t see yourself in it,” she said. “So, I think it ruined the show for me. I never watch [a project] once I’m in something.” As a result, Hamilton has decided to skip watching the final season of “Stranger Things.”
Despite not watching the show, Hamilton is excited about her role in the final season. She praised the show’s creators, Ross and Matt Duffer, for their careful handling of the story and her character. Hamilton’s role in the series has been kept under wraps, with only the “shape of the character but not of the story” revealed to her.
Production for “Stranger Things” Season 5 began on January 8, and the cast and crew have been sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses on social media. However, there’s still no news on when the final season will premiere on Netflix. Due to the recent Hollywood strikes affecting many productions, it’s unlikely that Season 5 will debut before 2025.

In other news, cast member Gaten Matarazzo, who plays Dustin Henderson, recently suggested that more characters should have been killed off in the show’s first four seasons to raise the stakes. Matarazzo believes that the show would be “so much better” if there was a constant sense of danger for the characters.
