‘Invasion’ Secures Season 3 Renewal at Apple TV+

Apple TV+ has officially renewed its sci-fi drama ‘Invasion’ for a third season, continuing the extraterrestrial saga created by Simon Kinberg and David Weil. The renewal comes after the conclusion of the show’s second season, with production for the third season set to commence later this month.

Simon Kinberg expressed his pride in the show’s evolution, stating, “I’m so proud of what we’ve been able to do with our first two seasons of the show with our partners at Apple TV+ and our cast and crew.” He also hinted at the upcoming season’s direction, promising to maintain the scale, stakes, and character development that have defined ‘Invasion.’

‘Invasion’ follows the story of individuals across the globe as they navigate life during an alien invasion. The diverse cast includes Golshifteh Farahani, Shioli Kutsuna, Shamier Anderson, India Brown, Billy Barratt, Azhy Robertson, Paddy Holland, Tara Moayedi, Enver Gjokaj, Nedra Marie Taylor, and Naian González Norvind.

'Invasion' Secures Season 3 Renewal at Apple TV+ 2

The show is part of Apple TV+’s robust genre lineup, which includes other acclaimed series like ‘For All Mankind,’ ‘Foundation,’ ‘Silo,’ ‘Severance,’ ‘Hello Tomorrow!,’ and the upcoming ‘Sugar’ and ‘Dark Matter.’

‘Invasion’ is produced by Boat Rocker, with Kinberg, Weil, Audrey Chon, David Witz, Alik Sakharov, Andrew Baldwin, Dan Dietz, and Katie O’Connell Marsh serving as executive producers. Nick Nantell is the executive producer for Boat Rocker.
