In a surprising turn of events, Hulu has officially canceled “How I Met Your Father” after just two seasons, leaving fans in suspense about the ultimate fate of Hilary Duff‘s character, Sophie. The “How I Met Your Mother” spinoff concluded its second season on July 11, leaving viewers without the answer to the central question of Sophie’s journey.
Debuting in January 2022, “How I Met Your Father” managed to air a total of 30 episodes over its brief two-season run. The series introduced audiences to a fresh storyline set in the near future, where Sophie (played by Hilary Duff) narrates the tale of her quest to find the father of her child.
