Collaboration Between BTS and Goodnotes on Digital Stationery Collection: Check Out the Exclusive Preview

Goodnotes, a digital note-taking app with over 24 million users worldwide, is expanding its reach with a new collection themed around BTS. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both Goodnotes and BTS fans, offering a unique blend of digital stationery inspired by the iconic K-pop group.

In partnership with BTS’ management company HYBE and Goodnotes’ digital-stationery partner Webudding, the collection features four digital planners, three notebooks, and one sticker pack. Each item incorporates BTS’ signature logo, fonts, and animated TINYTan characters, reflecting the group’s cultural impact and style.

The collection’s debut celebrates BTS’ Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single “Dynamite,” with the TINYTan characters wearing outfits inspired by the song’s music video. This collaboration signifies the first-ever global branded collection for Goodnotes, generating excitement among fans about future releases featuring other iconic BTS singles or looks.

The collaboration between Goodnotes and Webudding emerged from a strategic partnership initiated in February 2023. With a $1.9 million investment last September, the partnership aimed to integrate digital stationery items into the Goodnotes Marketplace, fostering a global digital-paper ecosystem.

Since its launch in 2011, Goodnotes has been a technology trailblazer, offering journaling, planning, and scheduling features within its app. It has become South Korea’s largest digital stationery platform, offering various calendar templates, digital planners, stickers, and notebook covers.

Steven Chan, founder and CEO of Goodnotes, expressed excitement about the collaboration, emphasizing the opportunity to cater to the millions of BTS fans within the Goodnotes community. He thanked HYBE and Webudding for their partnership in creating an exclusive line of BTS digital stationery, empowering users to express their passion and creativity.

Donghwan Shin, CEO and founder of Webudding, hinted at future collaborations with other artists represented by HYBE. With artists like SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, and ZICO in HYBE’s multi-label system, there’s potential for diverse and exciting collaborations beyond BTS.

The BTS-themed digital stationery collection will be available in the Goodnotes Marketplace by the end of May 2024, offering users the opportunity to customize their notebooks with their favorite artists. Chan emphasized the company’s commitment to bringing beloved cultural icons to the marketplace, further enhancing the user experience.

This collaboration highlights Goodnotes’ innovative approach to digital stationery, catering to the diverse interests of its global user base. The integration of BTS-themed items not only appeals to the extensive BTS fanbase but also adds a cultural touch to digital note-taking and planning.

The collection includes digital planners designed to help users organize their schedules effectively, notebooks ideal for note-taking or journaling, and a sticker pack for adding a personal touch to digital documents. The incorporation of TINYTan characters adds a playful and dynamic element to the collection, reflecting BTS’s vibrant presence in the music industry.

As Goodnotes continues to evolve and expand its offerings, collaborations like this pave the way for future partnerships with other cultural icons. This initiative not only enhances Goodnotes’ position in the digital stationery market but also reinforces its commitment to delivering unique and engaging content to users worldwide.

With the launch of the BTS-themed collection approaching, fans and users can anticipate a seamless integration of their favorite K-pop group into their digital workflows. This collaboration underscores the intersection of technology and entertainment, offering users an innovative way to express their fandom through digital stationery.
