FUBAR Season 2 Is 'Bananas' — Here's Why You Can't Miss It
FUBAR Season 2: Arnold, Action & A Whole Lot of Chaos — Streaming June 12
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Carrie-Anne Moss Are Teaming Up (and Facing Off)
Netflix is dialing up the action, laughs, and absolute mayhem with FUBAR Season 2 — dropping on June 12, 2025. Arnold Schwarzenegger is back as Luke Brunner, but this time, he’s not the only action legend in town. Joining him is none other than The Matrix star Carrie-Anne Moss, playing a mysterious and fierce East German spy — and Luke’s ex, Greta Nelso.
Creator Nick Santora (of Reacher and Prison Break fame) teases: “Season 2 is bananas. We’ve got action, surprises, and one more legend in the mix.”
What’s New in FUBAR Season 2?
A New Rival with a Past
Moss’ character Greta isn’t just another spy — she’s Luke’s former flame. Expect sizzling tension, dramatic standoffs, and explosive chemistry. “Working with Arnold was an amazing thought in my mind,” says Moss. “I’ve never had so much fun on a job.”
Meanwhile, Arnold himself says Season 2 is “bigger, better, and packed with more laughs.”
Who’s Returning to the Spy Game?
The original FUBAR family is back:
- Arnold Schwarzenegger as Luke Brunner
- Monica Barbaro as Emma Brunner
- Fortune Feimster as Roo
- Travis Van Winkle as Aldon
- Milan Carter as Barry
- Scott Thompson as Dr. Pfeffer
- Fabiana Udenio as Tally
- Jay Baruchel as Carter
- Adam Pally as The Great Dane
- Tom Arnold as Norm
- Aparna Brielle as Tina
- Barbara Eve Harris as Dot
According to Arnold, “My team from Season 1 became even more of a family.”
So, What’s the Plot?
At the end of Season 1, Luke and his team's secret identities were exposed. Now, in Season 2, they’re in serious danger — and surrounded by betrayal. One of their own might be a traitor. Nick Santora says, “They’re in deep dog doo-doo, for sure.”
Expect the team to stick together — blood, spouses, frenemies, and weirdos alike — to survive whatever madness comes next. Whether they’re dodging explosions or personal drama, this season is about family, trust, and going through the fire together.
Carrie-Anne Moss Brings Comedy and Chaos
Moss brings more than just fight scenes — she’s hilarious too. “We just had so much fun,” she says. “The first time I met Arnold was at a dance rehearsal — yes, there’s a dance scene!”
Fans will get to see her in a totally new light — speaking with a thick German accent, firing weapons, and sparring both physically and emotionally with Luke Brunner.

Behind-the-Scenes Banter & Bloopers
FUBAR is packed with action, but the cast keeps it light off-screen. “Arnold has jokes for days,” says Milan Carter. “Sometimes he starts the day with a punchline.”
Fortune Feimster reveals they even imitate Arnold’s accent on set — “every day, all day.”
But who’s the funniest? Arnold says it’s Feimster: “She just keeps going. Everything she says is hilarious.” Meanwhile, Barbaro was the perfectionist, memorizing pages of dialogue like a pro.
A Giant Surprise — Literally
To celebrate the start of Season 2 production in May 2024, FUBAR broke a Guinness World Record. They built the world’s largest action figure — a 22.14-foot-tall Luke Brunner!
“That’s one big action figure,” Arnold laughs. “Next season’s will be twice as big!”
