It?s not about arrogance or making yourself seem better than everyone else. It?s about your personal ego. What I tell people is that your ego should be so big, you are embarrassed to talk out of turn. You?re embarrassed to be caught with your pants down. It?s an ego that?s calm and calculated, where you believe in yourself so intensely that you don?t need to be loud about it. That?s the inner self you need to cultivate. That?s the confidence you need for success.
