Francine Gillian Garcia is a hairstylist educator, content creator, philanthropist and serial entrepreneur. She was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, a dual-island in a Caribbean nation near Venezuela, with distinctive Creole traditions and cuisines. She attended Vessigny government secondary in Trinidad and GED (i.e., General Equivalency Diploma) from Brooklyn College continuing education classes.

Francine Gillian Garcia hair education started with Hairanns hair school in San Fernando, Trinidad and continued with Matrix, Patric Bradley, Loreal, Najah. She attended her mastermind classes with Natalie Wedwell, Marissa Peer and Grant Cardone.

Gillian Garcia adores doing hair and making women feel special. As a philanthropist, she loves to make others happy and she puts others’ feelings before her own. She always wants to spread her contagious laugh. She believes in God and gospel music. She loves and protects her kids and grandkids. Her words of wisdom touch numerous souls. Giving back love is extremely important to her.

She is a simple human being who enjoys restaurants that serve grilled salmon on the menu. Francine loves action movies and with a glass of roscato or a cup of ginger tea. It is all these little things in life which help her relax and come down from the stress of doing big things for the world.

It was a difficult period for Francine when her grandmother died and she was devastated. She never dreamt of being a hairstylist. She was thrown into doing hair but soon she loved this work. This career chose her. She believes that it was a gift from God. God has a better plan for everyone, one has to trust the process. She came to this country in 1993 with $50 and a dream. One has to face challenges and overcome them, just to reach their goal. No one knows what will happen in the next minute or next day but one has to always believe in themselves and mostly in God. God will guide us on a better road no matter what situation we face we shouldn’t quit. Through ups and downs, highs and lows, she has built a name for herself and her company. She works hard and loves her job.
