Real estate investor Reno Davis knows how to stand out from a crowd. With a wardrobe filled with Dior, Burberry, Gucci, and Dolce & Gabbana, among other luxury brands, Reno could even dazzle in an event as star-studded as an NBA playoffs game with the Miami heat playing.

Sitting courtside with the likes of DJ Khaled and Yankee Alex Rodriguez, Reno Davis impressed with an incredible $5,000 Dior ensemble. Instances like this are the reason why people could hardly believe that Reno does not originally come from money.

Indeed, before he started making a killing through property investing, Reno worked as a landscaper for $20 an hour, just trying to make ends meet.

“To be honest, I didn’t mind landscaping for living, except for the fact that the Florida heat can get exhausting after a while,” says Reno. “That, and the fact that I knew I could be something bigger if I only explored my options.”

And that’s exactly what Reno did: explore his options. He looked up what he could do as a self-employed businessman, hoping he could end up being his own boss, earn enough for a comfortable life, and just be successful overall.

“Ultimately, I chose to go into real estate after seeing a great potential in the Miami market, where I lived,” says Reno.

After making that choice, Reno Davis once again went into hustle mode, getting his hands on whatever resource he could find about making money in real estate. He woke up early and stayed up late watching Youtube videos, reading articles, and scouring social media for success stories on how other property investors found success in property investing.

“I just went for an all-in dive into the knowledge pool,” shares Reno. “What motivated me was this vision I had of being the best real estate investor in Miami. And once I had a firm grasp of how property investing worked, I went ahead and planned my first deal.”

After dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s on his first property deal, Reno Davis finally realized why he never felt satisfied landscaping for money.

“Once I got that first deal, it was like a fire lit under me,” says Reno. “I was like, I gotta get my second deal today, and my third one tomorrow. It just motivated me to go after bigger and bigger deals until I felt like I could hire more people to scale my business. Soon enough, I was hiring people and getting even more deals done.”

Now at 22 years old, Reno Davis’s life has undergone a complete turnaround. From earning $20 an hour, he now closes property deals worth at least $10K in a day. He is also able to reward himself with quality designer clothes. And, most importantly, Reno Davis now feels like he’s found what he was always meant to do.

“I don’t even recognize my own self, because now I’m more motivated than ever,” says Reno. “From the time I get up to the time I go to bed, I’m slammed with stuff to do. I’m always busy, and I love that because when I don’t have constant chaos in my life, every single minute of the day, I go nuts. And with real estate, there’s always something new to flip, something to upgrade, or something to try and take things to new heights.”

As it turns out, Reno Davis never parted with the hustle. The only difference is now, he’s got the dazzling clothes to show for it, too.
