Nirmal Fitness is a thriving name in the world of fitness training, muscle building, and many more training programs.

Since childhood, he was fascinated by the world of fitness and muscle building. At the age of 22, this young man became a fitness trainer, and since then, he has worked hard to make a brand of his name with his dedication and knowledge towards health and fitness. Today he is famously known as an athlete, certified trainer, fitness influencer, and an entrepreneur. 

In 2019, he started his venture – Nirmal Fitness – to elevate the fitness world with his personalized plans and programs. To enable people to stay fit mentally and physically, he put forward online fitness and training programs such as workout plans, diet plans, supplement guidance, and imparting wisdom on Athletic body secrets. Nirmal Fitness offers all its programs and training sessions at a very nominal cost. 

He participated in the Open Mr. Delhi, and Mr. India competitions as a contestant. To this day, he continues to pursue his passion while helping others achieve theirs. He has helped many people who aspire to participate in bodybuilding and physique competitions. When asked about his motto in life, he said, “I live and teach by the motto that health isn’t in looks but a feeling. I believe whole-heartedly in my mission to get People Up and Moving!

Nirmal has created a fitness space on social media apps like Instagram- where his 423k followers and fans follow his daily regime to motivate themselves and hope to build a body as charming as his. 

He has been working vigorously with utmost devotion since the age of 22 and has over 12 years of experience as a fitness trainer, fitness manager, and personal fitness trainer. During this time, he has helped hundreds of people with body issues surrounding weight loss, weight gain, muscle mass gain, fat loss, participating in bodybuilding competitions, etc. He has also worked with many celebrities to help them achieve their body fitness goals. He says, “People often get bored by following the same workout routine. To maintain their interest, I come up with fun and innovative ways to get people moving- whether it is one-on-one training sessions, group sessions, or online training programs.

Nirmal Singh’s zeal to pursue the field of fitness, dedication towards his fellow clients, devotion to develop the skills, and stimulus to create health and fitness awareness led to his tremendous success in just a decade! He is determined to achieve more milestones and inspire more people to pursue a healthy and fit life.
